Square Issue 8
This is
the biggest
issue yet,
clocking in at a
chunky 44 pages.
No real theme to
this issue, but
my 8 page
account of a
trip to Miami
does dominate it
to some extent.
This is broken
up by the
striking colour
centre page of
what looks like
an advert for
Coke and Lucky
Strike!
Have deviated
from the plain
font throughout
as per previous
issues and have
introduced the
coke/lucky
strike fonts.
Standard
of writing is
high as ever -
see the cover
for the
extensive list
of contributors.
Quite a
number of
reviews, plus a
look at a recent
24 hour poetry
event. There's
even a recipe
for chocolate
Welsh Cakes -
what more could
you want?!
The
launch, like
last summer,
took place in my
back garden.
This year, there
was even a band
playing - the
excellent Calum
Ross and the
Scarlets.
