SQUARE GOES ON SALE TO EXTRA-TERRESTRIAL CUSTOMERS In a controversial move, Square magazine has taken the bold step of taking orders from customers not of this Earth. A sliding price-scale will be introduced, meaning that postage will increase depending on whether orders come from the Space Station orbiting the Earth, the Moon, any customers from further afield in the Solar System, and then again, from the rest of the Universe. Any customers who contact Square from outside the known Universe are advised that delivery times may exceed several light years. Some form of photographic identification may also be required. When asked if it was expected that many orders would indeed be taken for the magazine by extra-terrestrial customers, a spokesman for the magazine said, "Granted, it's unlikely. But then again, the chance of anyone who does live on this planet ordering the magazine are, we estimate, approximately the bloody same." |
